Here in our open kitchen grille-bar space, The Market, we invite guests to go on an epicurean voyage. The Market will immerse guests in the tastes and philosophies of Hellenic cuisine and hospitality. 

In dynamic contrast with our fiery grill, a prominent marble display showcases an icy array of our fresh, gourmet seafood supply.  Guests will be invited to view and select the product of their choice.  Next they will follow to The Market’s grill. Here guests will have a chance to converse with Chefs on the preparation of their meal and be able to experience the action, art, and heat of the kitchen as Chef’s expertly grill their fish. 

These features will allow guests to fully partake in the gastronomic experience.
